Mindy W. Zimmerman

Mindy Zimmerman was born in Spartanburg, SC and received her undergraduate degree from Wofford College in 2001. In 2005, she attained a Masters in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University and obtained her law degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, at Campbell University, in 2006. Shortly after receiving her law degree, she was admitted to the bar on November 13, 2006.

She is married to Don F. Zimmerman.

Mindy has experience dealing with various real estate related matters. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a Realtor in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She has also closed numerous loans for residential, contruction, and commercial real property.

Ben Shealy

Ben Shealy was born in Augusta, GA and received his undergradute in 1986 from the University of South Carolina. In 1995, he secured his degree in law from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University and was admitted to the bar on November 13, 1995.

He is married to Danielle Daggett Shealy and has three children.

He served in the United States Army as an Intelligence Officer with the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment 1986 through 1989.

During his thirteen plus years in practice, Ben has handled every level of State criminal court. He also has experience in Family Court (Divorces, Adoptions, Names Changes, Termination of Parental Rights etc.), Personal Injury, Construction Law, Real Estate (Closings, Covenants and By-laws), Contracts, Probate, Medical Malpractice, and Social Security.

Catherine Lineberger

Catherine Lineberger was born in Columbia South Carolina. She graduated from Newberry College in 2004. She graduated from The Charleston School of Law in December 2008. She was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in May 2009.
